Dead Mirror

90 х 100

acrylic on canvas
2019

The image of this painting is the image of death, which is metaphysical and melancholic more than sad and full of sorrow.

The lake with water lilies means calmness and peace acquired after death. The black mirror means the absence of annoying thoughts and worries. The sleeping black moon means the time for rest and dreams. And the two black crows are the symbols of transcendental warriors protecting the eternal sleep.
