When I can't sleep, I imagine myself high up in the mountains. Somewhere near the Everest base camp. It is very cold. There is nothing alive around. Nothing can survive or grow in this cold. Not far away is a river covered with ice blocks.
And at the foot of the mountain is my bed. I am lying in it, covered with a blanket. I feel very warm and cozy under that blanket. I rub my legs together with pleasure. I feel cold on my face and warm on my body. I listen to the ice blocks in the river bumping against each other.
