Among the high mountains above the clouds, there is a milky ocean. It is so high that it is always dawn there and the mountains look pink. The ocean waters are so white as if they have absorbed all the white light from the snow and clouds. They are full of light and lightness. They radiate white light.
The whole world is fed from this ocean. The spirits of the clouds take milk from it and bring it to their mothers. Women, animals, birds, and fish.
