We are at home. The siren is screaming. Air raid alert. There is no electricity. We heard powerful explosions somewhere nearby. In the darkness of the house, I see your eyes. I can read your excitement and anxiety in them. But we are calm on the outside. We put on our jeans, leave the unfinished tea in the kitchen and on the table, take the cat, and leave the house.
I am scared, but when you are home, I am less scared. You are my personal peace of mind.
