Fat has been accumulating for years, fulfilling its duties properly. It made the body bulkier. The body took up more space. It gave the impression of importance, greatness, seniority, and experience. When a person with fat walks into a room, everyone immediately sees that it is not just someone who walks in, but rather a person who knows, who has seen life, who has crossed the field. The fat protected them, shielded them. From love, from undressing yourself in front of another, from showing your body. From falling in love and breaking up, and, as a result, from the inevitable pain. But time passed, years went by, and I gained experience. And wisdom became lighter. It stopped relying on its reflection in other people's eyes and thoughts. And the fat began to evaporate. Slowly, molecule by molecule, removing the burden from the body. The indescribable burden of being important, of being beautiful, of being accepted.
